Include your reference number, provided in verbal or written communication to you from Credit Risk Management, on all payment types in order to ensure your payment is processed correctly and efficiently. If you do not have your reference number, give us a call at 1-800-267-0490 to obtain it.

If you have UPLevel set up as a payee, you can pay by online banking.

1) Choose your financial institution below, or visit the site or app you would normally use for online bill payment:

2) Sign into your web banking portal

3) Add UPLevel as a bill payee

4) Enter the reference number provided in verbal or written communication to you from UPLevel as the Account Number for the payee.

5) Send the bill payment per your web banking bill payment options and record the payment confirmation number.

Funds will be received and processed by UPLevel within one business day.
